Inspired by the endurance and grit of those who marched through the battlefields, this challenge is about more than just distance—it’s about resilience, perseverance, and remembering the sacrifices of the past.
Whether you split up the miles over weeks or go all in for a single brutal ruck, you’ll be carrying more than just weight. You’ll be carrying a piece of history. Embrace the suck, learn the past, and push your limits.
A portion of the proceeds will benefit Hire Heroes USA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping the U.S. servicemen and women, and their spouses, to achieve success here at home via a rewarding career path.
How It Works
- How to Register: Purchasing the patch will automatically register you for the Civil War Anti-Virtual Challenge.
- How will the Virtual Event work?: During the month of May, ruck 26.2 miles at your own pace while honoring the endurance and grit of those who fought in the Civil War.
- Can I do this solo or does it have to be completed with a group?: You can complete the Civil War Anti-Virtual Challenge by yourself. Although we highly recommend doing it with some friends (rucking with buddies is a lot more fun).
